National Library unveiled at this day a letter handwritten by Viñas few months ago. The text, dated November 18, 2009, is aimed at Jozami and Horacio Eduardo González and attends the stake to enumerate those who, in his view, are the ten essential books for understanding the national culture. Requested for possible shows in the context of Argentine Bicentennial, the provocative list provided by David includes basic classics, but also some little-known texts. Preserving the order that gave the great critic of Argentina, the selected titles are: Travel
of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento; Death and Transfiguration of Martin Fierro of Ezequiel Martínez Estrada rabid toy Roberto Arlt, "That woman" and "Footnote" Rodolfo Walsh "Mythical Foundation of Buenos Aires" and "South" by Jorge Luis Borges; A trip to the Indians ranqueles Lucio V. Mansilla, Poems dedicated to Bold [bold Verses] of Baldomero Fernández Moreno, The Jewish gauchos of Alberto Guerchunoff; Zogoibi [ Zogoibi, a humorous novel ] Luis Emilio Soto, and Finally, Armando Organito Discépolo.
