are you talking about this? To wonder when reading the title of my new post. I'm talking about my time in the Girls Race. It is a bit selfish to start talking about me, but Sunday was an incredible day for all the girls who participated in the Nike 5k and did not know where to start.
The race this past Sunday where we met 5000 women of all ages was a party. The event started at about 8 am, on stage was Chechu Bonelli and a Mexican guy that I have no idea who he is, but between the two wavelengths were putting up early. At 8:30 he began warming up and at 8:45 we were all leaning on the start. At 9:00 pm. shot rang start and with it came time to demonstrate all that we have progressed in training, each with its own level and trying to meet its own target from beyond their own personal brand simply complete the course of 5000 meters. As soon after the first 16'20 "became the first runner: Roxana Preusler and just 8 seconds after Nadia Rodriguez. Up here with regard to the race itself. But this does not end there. After the contest we expect several tents with everything a woman can dream, from a stand of Dermaglós which gave free samples of their products left and right, to a tent where we were relaxing massages to all that we were willing to make a tail, through the Cardilógica Foundation as Argentina where in addition to giving away pins to all the girls we could get photos with different slogans, and a fitness area where you could take a Spinning class or Pilates for free, coordinated by Nike staff and teachers of Halsa Health Center with all the wave. Suffice it to say that we gave Sierra de los Padres water, Propel, Gatorade and Quaker cereal bars till we dropped.
A happiness of having achieved a new personal best was joined by the amazing career post us provided the organization, always impeccable, Nike. I can only say that I was happy, feeling full and super spoiled and am grateful for the perfect pass, regardless of the weather was unbeatable.
